Valentina Donison is a first-year PhD student at the Lawrence S. Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing, University of Toronto. Her doctoral research area is in geriatric oncology, where she will look at the role of older adult caregivers with cancer. Valentina is committed to lifelong learning, and has a strong passion for nursing education.

She aims to pursue a career as an independent nursing researcher and academic supporting and improving quality of life for older adults with cancer.
