Shara Birnbaum has a BSc in Life Sciences and English Literature from Queen’s University and an MSc from the University of Guelph.

While enjoying her studies to understand the science behind health and disease, she realized that she also wanted to learn to care for the patients undergoing these experiences. The holistic approach to patient care drew her to the profession of Nursing, and she is currently enrolled in the BScN program at University of Toronto. Shara looks forward to working with children and their families.
