Sarah Lem is an exuberant, driven, and empathetic leader, with an optimistic personality is at the forefront of her identity, motivating her to strive for success and make change within her community.
Sarah is a final-year BScN student at the University of Toronto, with a previous Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Western University. Throughout her time in the nursing program, she was a member of the Nursing Undergraduate Society where she was the Interprofessional Education Representative. Sarah also worked part-time as a Research Assistant studying gender-diverse, healthy Indigenous parenting, and as a Clinical Extern for the Hospital for Sick Children on the Haematology/Oncology units. Sarah hopes to start her career in paediatrics nursing and plans on furthering her education with a Master of Nursing–Nurse Practitioner in the future.
