Monika Daher is a Registered Nurse who developed a passion for healthcare in her early years of high school.

She graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2020 and began her nursing career in oncology and medicine. She then begun to provide end of life care to suffering patients with far advanced malignancies. Monika created therapeutic nurse-patient relationships with all patients and provided care through a holistic approach, keeping the needs of her patients at the forefront. She completed a chemotherapy and biotherapy course to be able to provide life saving treatments to this population in hopes of enhancing and prolonging quality of life. Monika is currently pursuing a Master of Nursing in Leadership in Healthcare Policy Education with the hopes of contributing to the advancement of nursing, education, and leadership roles.
