Lisa Libia is a fourth-year nursing student at York University. She previously obtained her practical nursing diploma at Seneca College, and has contributed her nursing knowledge and skills by working in long-term care and retirement home settings as an RPN. She chose to continue her nursing journey and pursue a role as an RN to widen her scope of practice and broaden her opportunities in the healthcare field.

Her involvement as a student mentor demonstrates her caring attitude and leadership qualities. She is committed to personal and professional development. Lisa hopes to pursue a career in an acute care setting.
