Laura LeBoeuf’s healthcare career began in her teens when she was hired at a retirement home as a resident care attendant performing evening baths and HS care.

After high school she completed the PSW course at TriOs College and continued working full time and attending college full time to become an RPN. She has worked on a medical floor at Georgian Bay General Hospital since April 2013. After her grandmother’s month-long stay in a downtown Toronto hospital, Laura decided that she must become a RN to better care for her patients, and the people in her life, so in 2018 she enrolled in the UOIT RPN to BScN program.
