Kirthiga Ravindran is currently completing a Master of Science in Nursing program at McMaster University. Her thesis focuses on second-generation Tamil youth

and their experiences accessing community mental health services in the Greater Toronto Area. Her research aims to tackle the barrier of racial health equity in research and promote more equitable and inclusive healthcare practices. She strives to work as a health policy analyst in order to work on policies related to improving mental health care service and access in Ontario.
