Kimberly McKibbon is mother to five sons who continue to give her endless preparatory nursing experience.

She has an advanced Industrial Engineering Management Technology diploma (honours) and 20 years change leadership and management experience. Utilizing her strong business acumen, drive for continuous improvement, and compassionate soft skills to bring the best of customer service in the eldercare sector, she helps ensure seniors enjoy the best quality of life. A life-learner with certification in gerontology, LTC administration, nursing informatics, coaching, psychology, analytics and dementia care, Kimberly has returned to school to finally serve the profession she has always admired: Nursing.
