Jill McKinlay is enrolled in her third year of the BScN program at Ryerson University.

While working in professional health communications, she discovered her passion for improving the lives of patients and is now focused on achieving excellence in her foundational nursing skills. She is planning to be a pediatric and / or neurology nurse, participate in nursing and multi-disciplinary research, and pursue graduate work in nursing. At Ryerson University, Jill has served as a student advisor for an open-access textbook, performed the responsibilities of a research assistant, and supported first year students as a lab assistant.
