Janine Iley is an RPN in the operating room at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario. Janine believes in teamwork, and recognizes how an effective interdisciplinary team can better meet the needs of patients and families. She is in her third year of the RPN to BScN Bridging Program with Nipissing University. Janine is determined that through hard work she will graduate and in the process inspire her own teenagers and other nurses to stay in school and reach for their dreams.
