James Callahan is an RPN workingtowards his BScN at Ryerson University.

Currently working part-time in the Emergency Department at Michael Garron Hospital while studying, James is actively involved in the hospital’s Nursing Assembly and Rescue from Danger team. His experience in emergency nursing has inspired him to pursue critical care nursing. James hopes to develop educational tools to empower staff and patients in acute care situations. He is the recipient of MGH’s (2016) Nursing Excellence Award. James is an avid cyclist with an interest in fine arts.
