Iris Chen is a third year RPN to BScN student at McMaster University with five years of RPN experience. Iris has a strong belief that she should work in places where her efforts can have the greatest impact on the health of the community.

Iris previously worked at a long-term care home in Mississauga, and later she worked for public health at a COVID immunization center during the pandemic. She also volunteers to provide medical assistance at sports events, such as Skate Canada. Iris is pursuing her RN studies to enhance her knowledge and provide the best possible care to her patients.
