Hasti (Majidy) Mahboubi is an RPN to B.Sc.N student in her 4th year. Being of service to her community has always been important to her. She began by volunteering in child/youth care and with Developing World Connections, a Canadian non-profit charitable organization that aims to connect people and resources through international community development. She later discovered nursing as a way to continue contributing through health care. Today, she volunteers in various leadership capacities, including being an RNAO ambassador and a Program Advisory Committee Student representative. She hopes to one day contribute to healthcare meaningfully as a nursing leader.
