Hailey Mintsinikas grew up in a small town called Uxbridge, Ontario. Since early childhood, she expressed her passion to become a nurse. Hailey studied to become a practical nurse at Sir Sandford Fleming College in Peterborough and now worsk as an RPN at Ross Memorial Hospital. She has decided to further her education and is currently in first year of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing compressed program, at Trent University.
Hailey notes that the career of nursing has developed not only her professional identity but has also helped shape her personal one, as she cares and advocates for an array of patients; while developing skills through practical experiences and dedication to learning.
