Elysia Roechner is a first year student in the RPN-BScN program at McMaster University currently working as an RPN at a complex continuing care hospital. She has completed course work at Ryerson University focusing on aging and gerontology. Following her current studies, Elysia plans to further her passion for healthcare by completing a Gerontology Certificate, and eventually obtain her Master’s Degree and teach the practice of nursing.
