Elizabeth Diedrick is currently employed as a paediatric registered nurse, while also completing her Master of Science in Nursing at Western University.

Early on in her nursing career, Elizabeth developed an interest in health equity and social justice, as well as improving healthcare accessibility, which ultimately influenced her decision to pursue graduate nursing education. Elizabeth’s Master’s thesis work focuses on Caribbean migrant agricultural workers and their unique experiences of health and housing in Canada.
