Deanna McAleer is currently in her second year of the Accelerated Standing Track BNS program at Queen’s University. She previously completed her first degree at the University of Waterloo; a BSc with a minor in biology, psychology and chemistry. She has always had a passion for caring for the geriatric population, connecting best with elderly clients in any position she has held.
During her final year at Queen’s she worked in a home as a PSW, accepting this position at the beginning of the pandemic in order to better support the frontline workers.
