Claudia Williams is currently anRN First Assistant and an OR staffnurse, while also pursuing her PostRN BScN at Ryerson University.

She is a patient advocate dedicated to patient-family centered care. She has always had a passion for surgical nursing demonstrated through her advancement to an RN First Assistant role. Claudia’s future goals include pursuing a Master's in education. Her interests also include research within the perioperative setting, particularly interdisciplinary communication and teamwork, and advancements in the nursing profession to provide quality patient care. In her life outside the Operating Room, Claudia has a lovely supportive husband and three amazing children.
