Christopher Loewen is in his final year of the BScN program at the University of Toronto. After graduating with a BSc in Biology, minor in Physics, Christopher became a community leader by helping transform the local homeless shelter that he managed into a national standard-setting model of best practices. He lnft this role to study nursing so he can improve health care and advocate for dignified and excellent care of patients and families experiencing marginalization and/or mental illness.
