Carrie Normand is an RPN to RN bridge student at UOIT with a strong commitment to oncology and palliative care, and a specific interest in MAiD.

With many years of experience on the administrative side of healthcare, Carrie understands many of the intricacies involved in Canada’s ever-changing healthcare system. Her previous experience will help her move forward in a rewarding career that focuses on the quality of life and personal wishes of patients, while supporting nurses and healthcare workers of all belief backgrounds. This goal will allow healthcare teams to work cohesively towards patient centred care in a positive and uplifting environment.
