Bronwyn Lapp is an RPN completing the Post-Diploma BScN program at Ryerson University. She has worked as a study coordinator with the Ontario Best Practices Research Initiative, and has volunteer nursing experience in Peru and Honduras, where she focused on culturally sensitive health promotion programs for women and children. Bronwyn hopes to become a nurse educator, a researcher and a global health leader, practicing locally and internationally to reduce health inequities through community capacity building and sustainable program planning.
