Bianca Chauhan is currently a final-year accelerated BScN student at the University of Toronto. Prior to nursing, she completed a Master of Public Health at Queen’s University and is interested in the effect of policies and determinants of health on patient outcomes and access to care.

Outside of the classroom and clinical work, she is an extern at SickKids.  She volunteers with a quality improvement organization and a low-barrier health clinic. Upon graduation, she hopes to work at both individual and organizational/policy levels, understanding the importance of nurses as clinicians, allies, and advocates to improve individual patient outcomes and health systems.
