Arden McAlpinis a first-year studentat Queen's University School of Nursing.

With a particular passion for maternal and child health, Arden is a Youth Advocate for Plan International Canada, supporting some of their recent projects to promote quality access to services in remote areas of developing countries. She is also providing a youth perspective on the Program Advisory Committee for the upcoming conference put on by The Canadian Partnership for Women and Children's Health which will explore Canada's future role in global healthcare. In her free time, Arden loves to sing (anywhere and everywhere!), read, cycle, and watch Netflix.
