Annie Lam is a full-time MScN student at McMaster University and an RN in acute adult/geriatric medicine. As a graduate researcher, she works on a variety of projects in the Aging, Community & Health Research Unit at McMaster University, focusing on promoting optimal aging at home for older adults with multiple chronic conditions. Her thesis will look at the experiences of family caregivers of older persons with dementia with an online toolkit to assist with transitions.
