Anna Healy is a second-year nursing student in the accelerated BScN Scholar Practitioner Program at Nipissing University in Toronto, Ontario.
During her Health Sciences degree at Wilfrid Laurier University, Anna’s passion for health care developed as she became president of a mental health club that strived to advocate for mental health advocacy, care and education. Anna is a driven leader, and as Student Council President of her nursing class, she leads and manages the student council team and continues to inspire, support and guide her peers and future nurses on this journey. Anna has shown exceptional understanding and commitment to the nursing learning process and has achieved excellence in her studies. Upon graduation, she would like to further develop and master critical clinical skills in the acute care setting, before furthering her education at the graduate level.
