Anjelica Martinez is a student completing her final year of the BScN program at the Lawrence S. Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing, University of Toronto. She previously completed an HBSc in biology, psychology, and business and entrepreneurship at UTM. In July 2023, she participated in Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s inaugural nursing student observership where she shadowed nurses in a variety of practice settings and discovered a special interest in oncology nursing. She cultivates her passion for oncology through professional membership in the Canadian Association of Nurses in Oncology and clinical externship at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, aiming to grow in this field of work post-graduation.
