Morayoninuoluwa Oladele is a 3rd-year BScN student at Humber College (Humber/UNB Generic stream) aspiring to make a difference in the mental health field.
Morayoninuoluwa is passionate about providing care for marginalized populations. Her goals include advocating for mental health within communities of colour, educating them about earlier diagnoses and interventions. She is interested in contributing to the work being done to address Black systemic racism, especially within the mental health domain.
Morayoninuoluwa volunteers as a member of the Humber Nursing Society and as a Peer Mentor for nursing students. She recognizes the work of earlier nurses that have made these resources available and is honoured to be an award recipient.
