Caitlin is a Master of Nursing student at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU), where her thesis explores nurses’ experiences caring for institutionalized forensic psychiatric patients. She is a Registered Nurse at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health and a Research Assistant with Michael Garron Hospital’s Nursing Innovation Program. Caitlin has experience as a Faculty Instructor and Graduate Assistant and has co-authored several nursing open educational resources. She volunteers with the Ontario Nurses’ Association and serves on the Research Ethics Boards at Centennial College and TMU, demonstrating her commitment to advancing nursing practice, education, and research.
