Bailey Dean is currently completing her second and final year in the Nipissing University BScN Scholar Practitioner Program. She previously completed a BSc (hons) in Mental Health and Addiction with a minor in Psychology from Carleton University.

Bailey previously worked as a Behavioural Counselor at an addiction treatment center which led her to return to school for nursing. Bailey is the leader of her program’s Social Justice Committee and strives to inspire others. She hopes to integrate her passion for mental health and addiction and acute medicine. Her goal is to work in the Emergency Department after graduation and aims to reduce the stigma surrounding acute mental health.
