RNFOO is proud to congratulate Leigh Chapman on her appointment as Chief Nursing Officer for Canada. While completing her Master’s and PhD studies, Leigh’s competence and accomplishments were recognized in the 5 scholarships she earned. Leigh also volunteered as a member of the RNFOO Awards and Scholarships Committee.
