Yuchan Chen is currently a BScN student in her final year of the post-diploma degree completion program in nursing at Ryerson University.

Yuchan previously completed her bachelor’s degree in medicine (Nursing) and worked as an RN for 9 years in China. She earned her nursing experience in medical, surgical, postpartum, and emergency areas and published five research papers (in Chinese). With a passion for helping people who are suffering and a fascination with improving nursing care plans, Yuchan is committed to the nursing profession. Yuchan believes that an ideal nursing care plan not only relieves suffering from current symptoms but also maintains or improves health status for the long term.
