Victoria Bertrand is currently a student in McMaster University’s RPN to BScN program.

Her research interests include advancing the quality of public health nursing through the integration of evidence-informed decision-making. Through her doctoral studies, Emily is developing a program of research focused on the measurement of competence in evidence-informed decision-making among public health nurses.
