Tanya Smith is a graduating 4th year nursing student at Toronto Metropolitan University. She comes to nursing as a mature student with 18 years’ experience as a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and professor of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Tanya is actively involved with the RNAO with student placements on the board of the Nursing Students of Ontario and the Palliative Care Nurses Interest Group. Tanya is looking forward to a fulfilling career as a registered nurse and has plans to complete a masters in bioethics within the next 5 years.
