Gernique Dondji is a 4th year BNSc. student at Queen’s University with a passion for mentorship and maternal-child nursing.
She advocates for and creates community for black nursing students as the president of CBNA-Queens. She also supports the transition of first year students as a Senior mentor and the development of leadership skills for students through her involvement in the student leadership program.
Her goal is to pursue a career in Labour and Delivery nursing with the hope of becoming a Nurse Practitioner. She also hopes to provide holistic, culturally safe care within the Canadian and global context.
