Kylie Caibaiosai, is a dedicated RPN with a passion for patient safety, quality improvement, and culturally safe care. As a Care Team Supervisor with VHA Home HealthCare, she leads a team of Personal Support Workers, ensuring high standards of care in the community. With a background in mental health and addictions, Kylie integrates evidence-based practices to enhance nursing regulation and safe practice. She is currently bridging to obtain her RN degree, with the goal of becoming a Nurse Practitioner to serve Indigenous communities and the violence against women sector. Kylie is deeply passionate about advocacy and bridging gaps in care for vulnerable populations.
