Arpita Roy is a dedicated nursing student committed to leadership, advocacy, and evidence-based practice. She is the Founder and President of the Nursing Students Association of Georgian College (NSAGC), creating a platform for mentorship, peer support, and student advocacy. She also served as the Policy and Political Action Officer of Nursing Students of Ontario (NSO), actively engaging in healthcare policy discussions, including RNAO’s Queen’s Park Day. As the Student ENO of RNAO Region 7, Arpita is passionate about fostering resilience and inclusivity in nursing. She aims to specialize in critical care, pursue advanced education, and mentor future nurses.
