Daniela Acosta is a certified Gerontological Nurse who has worked at Perley Health since 2013.  Her current position is Manager of Education and Knowledge Translation

Temi Adegbunrin, has a Master’s Degree in Nursing, and brings experience in public health  to her current position of Collaborative Practice Leader at Perley Health.

Rachel Gibson has certification in Hospice and Palliative Care.  She has worked at Perley Health since 2019 and has been a Clinical Instructor at Algonquin College.
