Natalie Holmes started her nursing education at Trent University in 2022. Natalie’s path to healthcare has been unique. With ten years of service in the Royal Canadian Navy, Natalie has proven herself to be a resilient, dedicated, and committed leader. In 2020, during the COVID-19 Pandemic, Natalie decided to serve Canada in a healthcare capacity. Before commencing her nursing studies, she deployed to West Africa and engaged in anti-piracy operations in the Gulf of Guinea. Motivated by her leadership background in the Navy, Natalie is driven to excel in nursing, aspiring to deliver exceptional nursing care to fellow Canadians.
