Marley Gregorio is a registered nurse who has been practicing since 2013. Most of her career has been spent in the critical care environment, recently working as a regional critical care educator to support small and rural hospitals. She is nearing completion of her final year of the Master of Science in Nursing program at Western University, with her thesis work focusing on examining how Critical Care Outreach Team nurses are involved in end-of-life discussions. She hopes this primary research study will help develop foundational knowledge of this practice area and further policy and guidelines related to the role.
